When will my purchase ship?

MAKE SURE TO READ THE DETAILS ON THE PRODUCT PAGE WHEN ORDERING!

The “Limited Editions” items that are in stock will be shipped as soon as possible. We usually ship on Wednesday’s, but sometimes pieces may ship a day sooner or later. We make all efforts to ship within 5 business days after an order is placed.

The “Collections” lines are items which are hand made to order. Therefore you can expect a 3-6 week delivery window depending on how much was purchased and how busy we are.

Custom orders will ship once they have been fabricated. A timeline on delivery will be discussed when your order is placed.

 

Shipping methods and packaging

All orders within the Continental US are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx and will be wrapped with the utmost care!

You can choose your shipping preference during checkout.

You will get a shipping confirmation e-mail with tracking once your items have shipped.

I insure each package, so please let me know if your item arrives damaged! I will do everything in my power to rectify the situation.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All items are handmade by Raffaela in our Long Island studio. No refunds or exchanges are offered by Sunken Orchard Ceramics unless the item is damaged in shipping. We do our best to package each item as carefully and securely as possible. If damage does occur in shipping, then please take a picture of the damaged item as well as the box it arrived in. Please send these photos to shipping@soceramics.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to make it right! In most cases we will either; replace the item as soon as possible, or issue a refund.
